This initiative is a collaborative project addressing the operational challenges faced by business units. The solution delivered a full-stack order management and delivery system covering procurement, sales, inventory management, market connectivity, and credit access - replacing fragmented, manual processes with a structured and scalable digital backbone.
The project successfully supported 25+ women-led business units, digitizing and streamlining their entire operations from the ground up. Beyond the immediate impact, this initiative stands as a strong validation of NviSust's capability to design and deploy complex, multi-stakeholder order management and delivery systems in demanding, real-world environments - making it a solid analogue for future deployments across similar sectors.
